STAGES Update: 9/17/2021

STAGES update for the third week of September:

STAGES Pumped

A huge jump of 8 frac crews resulted in the highest number of STAGES pumped this year. The expected reduction in DUCs hasn’t yet taken affect.

STAGES Created

The horizontal rig increased fell by 6, led by a 2 rig jump in the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Marcellus. This was the highest number of STAGES created for the year.

STAGES Ratio

The STAGES Ratio increased by 1% after a larger jump in the frac crews over the rig count. The STAGES ratio is now the same as the 6-mo. moving average, after a few weeks below.
