STAGES update for the July 23rd:

STAGES Pumped

The frac crew count added to 1 to reach 243, yet another high mark since the pandemic started.

STAGES Created

The horizontal rig count continued to increase this week resulting in higher created STAGES.

STAGES Ratio

The STAGES Ratio was back to 55% after one week at 56%. The 6 month moving average jumped 2% to after the Texas freeze week dropped out of the moving average..

STAGES News

There are currently 232 rigs running in the Permian, up from 223 a month ago. The top four operators by rig count are Pioneer, Mewbourne, Devon, and Endeavor. They represent 5% of the 74 active operators by 26% of active rigs.

There are 48 rigs drilling in the Anadarko basin, down from the 56 rig high in 2020. The top 5 operators represent 13% of 36 operators and 35% of active rigs.
